About Allen:

Allen is a city in Collin County, Texas, a northern suburb of Dallas. It is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. As of the 2020 United States Census, the city had a population of 104,627. The city is home to a number of corporate headquarters, including those of Chick-fil-A and Rent-A-Center. Allen is also home to the Allen Event Center, a multi-purpose arena that hosts concerts, sporting events, and other community events. The city has a number of parks, trails, and recreational facilities, including the Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium, an indoor swimming pool. The city is served by the Allen Independent School District.
